A VERY Thoughtful Gift
My Monday started with a complete surprise! One of our faithful customers brought us a wonderful new cookbook today with some fabulous recipes to add to our repertoire. Like our VPM standards, this cookbook is filled with recipes full of fresh herbs, vegetables and fruits with interesting melds of flavors and textures. Watch our summer specials as we garner the best of Sally Schneider, Author of ‘A New Way To Cook’ and her appealing combinations of the summer garden’s bounty. THANK YOU Ms. MARY ANNE for the very thoughtful gift!

BEACH FOOD BOXES TO GO!!
Why not have VPM back all the goodies for the summer beach weekends? Our scratch made dips including fresh Guacamole, Hummus and Caramelized Onion Dips are the favorite accompaniments to our house made wheat chips. The Jalapeno Pimento Cheese is best suited atop our flatbread crackers as
well as our Curry Chicken Salad, our Market Chicken Salad filled with Apples, Celery and Almonds. We can also prepare a wonderful variety of VPM baked sweets including Coconut Macaroons, Lemon Yogurt Cake and decadent fudge brownies. Just give us a call one day ahead if possible and we will pack it ready for pick-up all in ice for you to head to the beach.

CALLING ALL BBQ’ers!
With the summer heat comes the sizzle of the BBQ. While you keep an eye on the grill, VPM can prepare all the yummy side dishes to please each and every visiting family and friends. Our Pesto Pasta
